Barbequed Ribs

One slab o' ribs ("baby back ribs or nothing at all")
2 Tbsp season salt (or celery salt or salt substitute)
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 Tbsp Black Pepper
1/2 cup vinegar (white or balsamic or...)
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup worchestershire sauce

Marinate the ribs overnight in the remaining ingredients. (Note: you may want to make a second batch of marinade, to use during grilling and baking.)

Light charcoal 30 min ahead of time (or use low setting on gas grill)--be sure fire burns low and evenly. Grill ribs 30 min each side, basting every 10 min w/ marinade (you may needs some additional marinade; in an emergency you can use commercial barbeque sauce). Be sure ribs brown evenly. Remove, brush with barbecue sauce. Bake an additional 30 min, covered, at 350 deg F.
