A new twist on an old favorite.

1 cup onion 1 can chopped green chilis 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tsp cumin |
1 lb shrimp and 1 lb crab 8-10 flour tortillas 1/2 pkg cream cheese Pace Picante Sauce - mild |
Saute onion, chilis, seafood & cumin until shrimp is cooked 1/2 way. Remove from heat and add sour cream and cheddar cheese. Spread thin layer of cream cheese onto flour tortillas. Add mixture & roll. Place in 9 x 13 baking stone or buttered dish. Cover with thin layer of picante, then thin layer of more cheddar cheese. Cover and bake 1/2 hour at 350F. Uncover, add another layer of cheddar cheese and bake until brown.
