Grilled Chicken Breasts "Dakota"

1 cup apple juice
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 c reduced sodium soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 bay leaf
4 skinned chicken breasts

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl. Pour marinade over chicken breasts, cover and marinate overnight.

Grill or broil chicken until done, turning once.

Yield: 4 servings
Each serving contains: 160 calories, 3 g fat, 73 mg cholesterol

This marinade can be made ahead and stored in the freezer for about 2 months. To defrost, combine with frozen chicken and put in refrigerator overnight, thereby defrosting both at the same time!
