Willard Lee Potarf

    North Kansas City, Mo.
- Willard Lee "Do-Bob" Po-
tarf, 83, of Cainsville, died
Wednesday, March 10, 1999
at a hospital here.
    Funeral services were
held Saturday, March 13 at
the Stoklasa Memorial
Chapel in Cainsville, with
burial in the St. Paul Ceme-
tery northwest of Princeton.
    Memorial may be made to
the St. Paul Cemetery Asso-
ciation in care of Norma
Thackery, Route 2, Prince-
ton, MO 64673.
    Mr. Potarf was born Oct. 8,
1915 in Mercer County, and
he resided in the Cainsvile
area for 57 years. He was
employed in construction and
also farmed. He was a mem-
ber of the Zion Baptist
Church of Cainsville and the
Construction Industry Labor
Union #101.
    He married Mary Wood-
ward on June 21, 1941 in
Princeton; she survives of the
home.
    Mr. Potarf is also survived
by three daughteres, Donna
Schooler of Lamoni, Ia., Dot-
tie Johnson of Mercer and
Jackie McLain of Spickard; a
half-sister, Dorothy Gilmore
of Chewelah, Wash.; and by
six grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death
by his mother, Dottie Potarf.
