Moses Overton Will

To all to whom it may concern,

I, Moses Overton of Mercer County and State
being of the age of seventy seven years
of Sound Mind and Memory
and realizing the uncertainty of life
do make and publish this my last will and Testament.

I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Ann Wayman
Ten acres, more or less, The SW, SW Sec. of Sec. 4 Township 65 Range 24,
To my daughter Susan J. Young 10 acres more or less pt. of SE, SW of Sec. 3
Township 65, Range 24. To Martha L. Frakes and to the heirs of her body, 13 1/3 acres, more or less, East part of SW, SW, SEc. 3 Township 65, Range 24 all the rest and residue of my realty, I give and bequeath to my sons, Enoch Overton, James Overton, Isaac Overton and Albert Overton each equal shares and my personal effects I give and bequeath, after my decease and after my funeral expenses and just debts are paid to each of my children above named equal shares, after my two grandchildren have been paid out of my estate the sum of ten dollars each. To Wit; to Robert Overton Ten dollars and to Nancy A. Curtis
and I appoint Joel H. Shelby executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto Signed and sealed this instrument to be my last will and testament this Aug. 17th 1889
