Salomé's parent's names were established from a page from an unidentified book found by Norma Sorelle. According to p. 257 of this document, Salomé had at least two siblings: Edouard, who married Marie Larou on February 27, 1843; and Damase, who married Esther Brossard on February 3, 1845. (We have a scan of the entire page.)
